You should read these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting our goods and services (e.g. ordering meals or catering services) as they set out your rights and the conditions on which we make those goods and services available to you. By requesting or using our goods and services, or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You hereby acknowledge the role of Jaxs Pte Ltd (hereby referred to as “Victus Catering”) as a service provider, contracted by each individual school as a provider of catering services, and therefore bound by restrictions set by each school’s management.

Jaxs Pte Ltd and all its subsidiaries including Victus Catering shall be held harmless from any liability arising out of any activities unrelated to the contracted provision of catering services. You will indemnify and hold us and our employees harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities and causes of action which may arise as a result of:

Any issues related to the consumption of food or other sold products beyond Victus Catering’s control, for example but not limited to purchasing a sandwich and not consuming it in the recommended safe timeframe or storing it correctly.
Any issues related to the purchasing behaviour of individuals, where prior notice or communication has not been established; e.g. a child purchasing a snack they are not allowed at home.
Any loss of personal property, or any injuries or damages sustained resulting directly or indirectly from your personal activities on the school campus(es) which are unrelated to the operation of our catering services.
A child’s or individual’s food allergies and dietary requirements, which have not been duly communicated to Victus Catering by either the school administration or the child’s guardian.

Victus Catering operates online ordering systems for the needs of various school stakeholders:

Payment Systems

Victus Catering uses third-party payment gateway services to handle payments. These systems are selected for their compliance with global payment security standards, and use of these services are governed by each service’s respective terms and conditions.

Promotions and offers

All offers and promotions are subject to availability and terms and conditions applicable to, and issued with, those offers and promotions. We reserve the right to cancel offers or promotions at any time.

Accuracy of information and availability of our Website

While we try to make sure that our Website is accurate, up-to-date, we can’t promise that it always will be. If you rely on any of the information on our Website, it’s at your own risk.

Our content is provided for your information only and is designed to inform you about our, and our affiliate’s products, news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest.

Conditions that apply to your Contributions

Before you submit a Contribution to us on our channels Facebook, Instagram, website by email or other media associated with Victus Catering, you must make sure:

that if children are featured in the Contribution, you are the parent/guardian with legal responsibility of any minor depicted in the Contribution and have their permission to include them
that the Contribution is original to you and does not infringe the copyright, intellectual property, or any other right of any person or company
that the Contribution is not defamatory, obscene or sexually oriented, abusive, vulgar, offensive, indecent, harassing, threatening
that the Contribution is not in contempt of court
that the Contribution does not promote or threaten violence toward anyone or advance criminal activities, including terrorism, human trafficking or modern slavery
that the Contribution does not breach any person's privacy and you have the rights from any and all persons and/or companies appearing in such Contribution to use their names, images or likenesses
that nothing in the Contribution constitutes illegal activity or conduct that could give rise to liability or encourage others to take part in criminal conduct or conduct that could give rise to liability
that the Contribution does not include an advertisement, promotion, commercial solicitation, contest or survey
that the Contribution does not contain, transmit or disseminate spam, chain letters, viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another's computer, our Website, or any software, hardware or other related equipment

These Terms were last updated on 04 April 2023. We may vary these Terms from time to time without advance notice. Our updated terms will be displayed on our Website and each time you use our products and services, you agree to be bound by the latest version.

Breach of these terms

If you breach these Terms, then we may use your personal information to investigate the breach, or to share our concerns. We may issue you with a formal warning or we may prevent or suspend your access to our goods and services if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, or any terms or policies to which they refer to, or any applicable law.

Restrictions regarding use of Original Recipe, Trademarks and Logos

The following acts are strictly prohibited under any and all circumstances.

Using original recipe’s illustrations and designs, trademarks, logos.
Resale and transfer of the original recipe as well as any copyrighted items (both original and duplicates) that are available at www.victuscatering.asia and the Company.
Personal use of the Companies logos, and other Company original designs (printed materials, web and homepage materials.)

Definition:

The Company refers to all companies owned and operated by Jaxs Pte Ltd.
